본 발명은 자동차의 A.B.S.용 마스터 실린더의 플런저 어셈블리에 관한 것으로, 특히 자동차의 A.B.S 제동을 위해 마스터 실린더의 브레이크 액압을 발생시키는 가압작동시 피스톤내의 플런저 어셈블리가 고압에 대한 내구성을 갖도록 하여 마스터 실린더더의 브레이크 액압이 원활하게 발생되도록 하기 위해 상기 피스톤내측에 브레이크 액압을 발생시키는 플런저밸브, 상기 피스톤내측으로 슬롯과 개통된 유로, 상기 플런저밸브에 부착되어 유로를 개폐하는 러버재질인 밸브실이 구비된 마스터 실린더의 플런저 어셈블리에 있어서, 상기 마스터 실린더의 브레이크 액압을 발생시키는 피스톤내측에 삽입 설치되어 밸브실이 부착 결합되도록 단차가 있는 결합부, 상기 결합부에 밸브실이 압입되게 결합되도록 된 돌출부, 상기 결합부 양측에 구성된 제1단차부와 제2단차부, 상기 각 단자부에 오일의 유로형성을 위해 3방향으로 절개된 절곡부가 구성된 플런저밸브와, 상기 플런저밸브에 부착 결합되는 러버(Rubber)재질인 밸브실이 구비된 것이다.The present invention relates to a plunger assembly of a master cylinder for ABS of a vehicle, and more particularly, to ensure that the plunger assembly in the piston has a durability against high pressure during a pressurization operation that generates a brake hydraulic pressure of the master cylinder for ABS braking of the automobile.
