Abstract
이 발명은 전사 작업시 인쇄된 무늬가 흔들리거나 비틀어지지 않고 정교하게 전사되도록 하고 인쇄된 인쇄층 표면이 평활하게 되는 전사지를 제공하기 위한 것임. 전사지는 전사원지 (1), 용융 박리층(2), 인쇄층(3) 및 접착층(5)로 구성됨. 본 발명의 한 예에서는 인쇄층(3)과 접착층(5) 사이에 내열성 물질로 된 인쇄 지지층(4)이 개재되었음. 본 발명의 또 하나의 예에서는 전사원지 (1)와 용융 박리층(2) 사이에 수분 차단층(7)이 개재되었음. 인쇄 지지층(4)과 차단층(7)은 셀룰로우스계 물질, 알콜가용성 아세탈수지, 부티랄 수지, 폴리아크릴레이트 중에서 선택된 중합체를 유기 용제에 용해 시키고 도포하여 형성함.The present invention is to provide a transfer paper which allows the printed pattern to be transferred precisely without shaking or twisting during the transfer operation and the printed printed layer surface is smooth. The transfer paper is composed of a transfer paper (1), a melt release layer (2), a print layer (3) and an adhesive layer (5). In one example of the present invention, a printing support layer 4 of a heat resistant material is interposed between the printing layer 3 and the adhesive layer 5. In another example of the present invention, a moisture barrier layer 7 is interposed between the transfer base 1 and the molten release layer 2. The print support layer 4 and the barrier layer 7 are formed by dissolving and applying a polymer selected from cellulose-based materials, alcohol-soluble acetal resins, butyral resins, and polyacrylates in an organic solvent.
