Abstract

본 발명은 범퍼의 도막을 제거하는 장치에 관한 것으로서, 회전부재와 고정부재 사이에 재료를 투입하고, 재료가 상기 두 부재 사이에서 압착되는 과정에서 상호간의 열팽창 계수 차이에 의한 계면 분리작용이 이루어지게 함으로써, 범퍼 커버상의 페인트를 비교적 손쉽게 제거할 수 있게 한 범퍼도막 제거장치를 제거하고자 한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 편심된 사다리꼴 원기둥 회전부재(10)와, 이것의 외주부를 감싸면서 상부에는 재료투입면(11)을 갖는 고정부재(12)와, 상기 회전부재(10)와 직렬되는 구동수단(13)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 범퍼도막 제거장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전부재(10)의 윗면은 원뿔 형상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 범퍼도막 제거장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정부재(12)의 윗면에 형성되는 재료투입면(11)은 수직구멍(14)의 상단 주연에서부터 바깥쪽으로 확장 연장되는 테이퍼면으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 범퍼도막 제거장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전부재(10)의 외주면과 상기 고정부재(12)의 수직구멍(14) 내주면 사이에는 하단부로 갈수록 점차 좁아지는 소정의 간격이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 범퍼도막 제거장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 간격의 하단부는 0.5~0.7㎜로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 범퍼도막 제거장치.
