Abstract

본 발명에 따른 대전방지용의 전도성패턴(13)이 일체로 인쇄된 박막스위치는 스위치의 위치와 기능을 표시하는 화판(2), 상기 화판(2)을 보호하기 위한 보호비닐(1), 상기 화판(2)의 하단부에 적층되어져 외부의 전자기파 및 정전기 등의 영향을 차단하기 위한 알루미늄박판(4), 전기전도도가 우수한 탄소분말 및 은분말을 스위치부(7) 및 도선을 인쇄에 의하여 형성시킨 접점시이트상판(5) 및 하판(6), 상기 접점시이트상판(5)과 접점스위치하판(6) 사이에 개재되어져 상기 접점스위치상판(5)과 접점스위치하판(6)을 이격시킴과 동시에 상기 접점스위치상판(5)과 접점시이트하판(6)에 인쇄형성된 스위치부(7)와 접촉하는 부분이 관통되어 있는 스페이서필름(8), 상기 접점스위치상판(5)과 알루미늄박판(4)을 서로 접착, 고정시키기 위한 제1양면접착테이프(3), 상기 접점시이트하판(6)의 하부면에 부착되어져 완성된 박막스위치 전체를 제품에 부차시키기 위한 제2양면접착테이프(10) 및 상기 제2양면접착테이프(10)의 하단부에 상기 제2양면접착테이프(10)로부터 용이하게 박리가능한 이면지(11)로 구성되어 있어, 상기 화판(2)에 인쇄되어진 스위치를 표시하는 부분을 사용자가 압박하므로써 그 하단부에 적층되어 있는 접점시이트상판(5)과 접점시이트하판(6)에 인쇄되어진 스위치부(7)가 서로 접촉하여 전기적으로 통전되는 상태가 되도록 하므로써 스위치 기능이 이루어지도록 구성되어진 종래의 박막스위치에 있어서, 알루미늄박판(4)과 제2양면접착테이프(10) 및 이면지(11)를 제외하고, 보호비닐(1)에 의하여 덮여진 화판(2), 제1양면접착테이프(3), 접점시이트상판(5), 스페이서필름(8), 접점시이트하판(6)의 순으로 적층시키고, 상기 제1양면접착테이프(3) 이하에 적층되는 접점시이트상판(5), 스폐이서필름(8) 및 접점시이트하판(6)들을 내측으로 들여넣어 제1양면접착테이프(3)의 접착면의 가장자리가 노출되도록 직층시키며, 접점시이트 상판(5)과 접점시이트하판(6)의 가장자리에 전도성 분말인 대전방지용의 전도성패턴(13)을 스위치부(7)와 동시에 인쇄에 의하여 형성시킴을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 스위치의 위치와 기능을 표시하는 화판(2), 상기 화판(2)은 보호하기 위한 보호비닐(1), 상기 화판(2)의 하단부에 적층되어져 외부의 전자기파 및 정전기 등의 영향을 차단하기 위한 알루미늄박판(4), 전기전도도가 우수한 탄소분말 및 은분말을 스위치부(7) 및 도선을 인쇄에 의하여 형성시킨 접점시스위치판(5) 및 하판(6), 상기 접점스위치상판(5)과 접점시이트하판(6) 사이에 개재되어져 상기 접점스위치상판(5)과 접점스위치하판(6)을 이격시킴과 동시에 상기 접점스위치상판(5)과 접점시이트하판(6)에 인쇄형성된 스위치부(7)와 접촉하는 부분이 관통되어 있는 스페이서필름(8), 상기 접점스위치상판(5)과 알루미늄박판(4)을 서로 접착, 고정시키기 위한 제1양면접착테이프(3), 상기 접점시이트하판(6)의 하부면에 부착되어져 완성된 박막스위치 전체를 제품에 부착시키기 위한 제2양면접착테이프(10) 및 상기 제2양면접착테이프(10)의 하단부에 상기 제2양면접착테이프(10)로부터 용이하게 박리가능한 이면지(11)로 구성되어 있어, 상기 화판(2)에 인쇄되어진 스위치를 표시하는 부분을 사용자가 압박하므로써 그 하단부에 적층되어 있는 접점시이트상판(5)과 접점시이트하판(6)에 인쇄되어진 스위치부(7)가 서로 접척하여 전기적으로 통전되는 상태가 되도록 하므로써 스위치 기능이 이루어지도록 구성어진 종래의 박막스위치에 있어서, 알루미늄박판(4)과 제2양면접착테이프(10) 및 이면지(11)를 제외하고, 보호비닐(1)에 의하여 덮여진 화판(2), 제1양면접착테이프(3), 접점시이트상판(5), 스페이서필름(8), 접점시이트하판(6)의 순으로 적층시키고, 상기 제1양면접착테이프(3) 이하에 적층되는 접점시이트상판(5), 스페이서필름(8) 및 접점시이트하판(6)들을 내측으로 들여넣어 제1양면접착테이프(3)의 접착면의 가장자리가 노출되도록 적층시키며, 접점시이트상판(5)과 접점시이트하판(6)의 가장자리에 전도성 분말인 대전방지용의 전도성패턴(13)을 스위치부(7)와 동시에 인쇄에 의하여 형성시킴을 특징으로 대전방지용의 전도성패턴(13)이 일체로 인쇄된 박막스위치.
