전화기에 있어서 장난격퇴방법 및 그 시스템에 관한 것으로, 특히 유무선 복합 자동응답 전화기에서 장난격퇴를 위한 발신자를 확인서비스하는 방법 및 그 시스템에 관한 것임.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
개인의 사생활을 보호하고, 장난전화의 침해를 막아주기 위해 발신자를 확인할 수 있는 서비스를 전화국에서 제공함에 따라서 전화기의 사용자가 보다 쉽고 편리하게 이러한 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 하기 위한 방법 및 시스템을 제공함.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
발신장난전화로부터 통화종료여부를 체킹하는 과정과, 상기 과정에서 통화종료일 때 사용자의 발신자 확인요구모드를 체킹하는 과정과, 상기 과정에서 사용자의 발신자의 확인요구모드일때 후크플레시후 자동으로 발신자 확인을 위한 전화국 호출 다이얼링(151)에 의해 전화국으로부터 제공되는 전화번호에 의해 발신자를 확인하는 과정으로 이루어짐.

  1. 전화기의 장난전화 격퇴방법에 있어서, 발신장난전화로부터 통화종료여부를 체킹하는 통화종료체킹 과정과, 상기 통화종료체킹 과정에서 통화종료일 때 사용자의 발신자 확인요구모드를 체킹하는 발신자 확인모드체킹과정과, 상기 발신자 확인모드체킹 과정에서 사용자의 발신자의 확인 요구모드일 때 후크플레시후 자동으로 발신자 확인을 위한 전화국 호출 다이얼링(151)에 의해 전화국으로부터 제공되는 발신자 전화번호를 수신하여 확인하여 격퇴를 방지하는 발신자 확인과정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 전화기에 있어서 장난전화 격퇴방법.
  2. 전화기의 장난전화 격퇴장치에 있어서, 발신 장난전화로부터 통화종료여부를 체킹하는 통화종료체킹수단과, 상기 통화종료체킹수단에서 통화종료일때 사용자의 발신자 확인요구모드를 체킹하는 발신자 확인모드체킹 수단과, 상기 발신자 확인모드체킹수단에서 사용자의 발신자의 확인 요구모드일 때 후크플레시후 자동으로 발신자 확인을 위한 전화국 호출 다이얼링(151)에 의해 전화국으로부터 제공되는 발신자 전화번호를 수신하여 확인하는 더 이상의 장난전화를 방지하는 발신자 확인수단으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 전화기에 있어서 장난전화 격퇴시스템.
