본 발명은 이동통신 기기에서 사용하는 전압제어 발진기에 관한 것으로서, 일단으로 제어전압을 입력받는 제1인덕터와, 상기 제1인덕터의 타단에 캐소드 단자가 접속되고 애노드 단자는 접지된 제1바렉터 다이오드와, 상기 제1바렉터 다이오드의 캐소드 단자에 일단이 접속된 제1캐패시터와, 상기 제1캐패시터의 타단에 일단이 접속되고 타단은 접지된 공진자와, 일단으로 음성신호 또는 데이타신호를 입력받는 제2캐패시터와, 상기 제2캐패시터의 타단에 일단이 접속되고 타단은 접지된 제3캐패시터와, 상기 제3캐패시터와 병렬로 접속된 제2저항과, 상기 제2캐패시터의 타단에 애노드 단자가 접속된 제2바렉터 다이오드와, 상기 제2바렉터 다이오드의 캐소드 단자에 일단이 접속되고 타단은 구동전원과 접속된 제1저항과, 상기 제2바렉터 다이오드의 캐소드 단자에 일단이 접속되고 타단은 상기 공진자의 일단에 접속된 제4캐패시터와, 상기 공진자와 캐패시터로 연결된 발진부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
