Abstract
본 발명은 냉매증기의 빠른 유속으로 인한 흡수액의 역류현상을 방지하고, 발생기 내부용액의 열교환 효율을 증대시킬 수 있도록 한 흡수식 냉방시스템의 튜브형 발생기에 관한 것으로, 제1원통형매쉬(10)와 바깥튜브(1)의 내벽사이에 흡수액이 필림(FILM) 형태로 흐르게 되고, 제2원통형매쉬(21)에 의하여 충진물을 고정하고, 안쪽튜브(20)의 팬역활을 하게 된다. 또한, 원기둥형매쉬(30)는 냉매증기가 충진물을 통하여 흐르는 경우보다 저항이 작도록 일정규격의 매쉬판(21)으로 형성하여 냉매증기가 원활하게 흐르도록 하며, 상기 매쉬판(31)은 원기둥형매쉬(30) 중간에 일정간격으로 적층되어 냉매증기의 유로를 차단하여 냉매증기가 포함하는 흡수액의 액적을 분리하게 된다. 따라서, 냉매증기의 흐름을 원활하게 함과 동시에 열교환을 촉진시키고, 역류를 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a tubular generator of the absorption type cooling system that prevents the reverse flow of the absorbent liquid due to the rapid flow rate of the refrigerant vapor, and to increase the heat exchange efficiency of the internal solution of the generator, the first cylindrical mesh 10 and the outer tube The absorbent liquid flows in the form of a film between the inner walls of (1), and the filling is fixed by the second cylindrical mesh 21 to serve as a fan of the inner tube 20.
