Abstract
본 발명은 누름/회전 방식의 가스밸브를 이용하여 가스점화 및 소화 기능과 가스량을 조절하여 불꽃의 화력상태를 조절하는 기능을 동시에 수행시킬 수 있으며, 누름버튼에 내장된 램프를 통해 사용자가 멀리서도 현재가스를 사용중인 것을 정확하게 식별할 수 있도록 한 누름 및 회전겸용 가스밸브에 관한 것으로, 종래 가스밸브는 사용자가 가스를 점화 또는 소화시키기 위해서는 누름버튼(5)을 조작하여야 하며, 점화된 가스량을 조절하여 화력 상태를 조절하기 위해서는 별도의 화력조절레버(9)를 조작하여야 하므로상기 화력조절레버(9)를 좌, 우조작시 화력조절레버(9)에 연결된 니이들 어셈블리(8)의 상, 하운동이 원활하게 이루어지지 못해 화력조절이 불량하고, 파이롯 샤프트(4)가 리니어몸체(3)와 콕크몸체(1)에 조립되어 좌,우 직선운동일때 상기 파이롯 샤프트(4)를 조립시 조립과정에서 경사지게 조립되거나 편심이 발생하여 파이롯 샤프트(4)의 좌,우 직선운동 불량에 누름버튼(5)을 조작시 상기 누름버튼(5)측으로 가스가 누출될 우려가 있으며, MPU 작동이 불완전하여 제품의 신뢰도가 저하되는 문제접이 있었다. 본 발명은 이와같은 종래 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 누름버튼을 눌러 가스를 점화 또는 소화시키고 누름버튼을 회전시 가스량이 조절되어 화력상태가 조절되도록 하고, 상기 누름 버튼을 회전시킬때 메인출구와 파이롯출구를 조절 또는 차단하기 위한 니이들 어셈블리가 리니어몸체와 동일축으로 안치되어 좌,우 직선운동을 하므로서 가스누출 및 작동불량을 방지하고, 누름버튼내에 램프를 장착하여 사용자가 멀리에서도 현재 가스사용상태를 쉽게 식별할 수 있도록 한 것으로, 가스레인지등에 적용한다.The present invention can simultaneously perform the function of controlling the fire and fire state of the flame by adjusting the gas ignition and extinguishing function and the amount of gas by using the gas valve of the push / rotation method, even if the user from afar through the lamp built in the push button The present invention relates to a push-and-rotate gas valve capable of accurately identifying the current gas being used, and a conventional gas valve requires a user to operate a push button 5 to ignite or extinguish a gas, and adjust the amount of ignited gas.
