Abstract

본 발명은 유체 정압베어링에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 압력유체의 정압을 이용하여 상대 미끄럼운동체 사잉에 유막을 형성하여 상기 상대 운동체간의 접촉마찰을 극소화하는 유체 정압베어링에 관한 것으로서,베어링본체(10)의 상부에 공급구멍(20)으로 연결되는 리스트릭터(restrictor) (30)가 형성된 리세스(recess)(40)가 구비되고, 리세스(40)주연을 구성하는 랜드(land)(50)로 이루어진 유체 정압베어링에 있어서, 상기 랜드(50)는 리세스(40)내로 돌출되는 확장부(42)와, 확장부(42)의 중앙에 확장부로 넘치는 압유를 배출하는 배출홈(44)이 형성됨을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 베어링본체(10)의 상부에 공급구멍(20)으로 연결되는 리스트릭터(restrictor)(30)가 형성된 리세스(recess) (40)가 구비되고, 리세스(40)주연을 구성하는 랜드(land)(50)로 이루어진 유체 정압베어링에 있어서, 상기 랜드(50)는 리세스(40)내로 돌출되는 확장부(42)와, 확장부(42)의 중앙에 확장부로 넘치는 압유를 배출하는 배출홈(44)이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 유체 정압베어링.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 확장부(42)는 랜드(50)상에 적어도 한군데 이상 형성됨을 특징으로 함을 특징으로 하는 유체 정압베어링.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 확장부(42)는 랜드(50)상에 상호 대향하도록 2개소에 형성함을 특징으로 하는 유체 정압베어링.
