Abstract

본 발명은 로타리 압축기의 소음 저감장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 압축실에서 압축된 고온, 고압의 냉매가스가 토출구를 통해 분출될 때 발생하는 가스의 압력 맥동을 감소시킬 수 있도록 한 것인 바, 이러한 본 발명은 실린더 또는 주베어링에 폐곡선 홈을 형성하고, 이 홈과 토출구 근처의 압축실과 통하는 연결통로룰 구성하여, 헬름홀츠 공명기의 효과와 동시에 상기 홈의 둘레 길이에 따른 주파수의 소음도 저감시킴으로써 압축기의 전체적인 소음을 줄일 수 있도록 한 것이다.

제4도 및 제5도는 본 발명에 의한 로타리 압축기의 소음 저감장치를 보인 단면도 및 주베어링의 평면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 실린더 또는 베어링에 폐곡선 홈을 형성하고, 이 홈과 토출구 근처의압축실과 통하는 연결통로를 구성하여, 헬름홀츠 공명기의 효과와 동시에 상기 홈의 둘레 길이에 따른 주파수의 소음도 저감토록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 로타리 압축기의 소음 저감장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홈은 타원, 또는 원형상의 링 타입인 것을 특징으로 하는 로타리 압축기의 소음 저감장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홈은 사각형상의 폐곡선 홈인 것을 특징으로 하는 로타리 압축기의 소음 저감장치.
