Abstract
The present invention aims to provide a phosphate treatment as an existing device without additional equipment by optimizing the conditions of the phosphate treatment solution. In the phosphate treatment solution, the zinc ion concentration is 4.5 to 5.5 g / l, the nickel ion concentration is 0.1c to 0.35 g / l, and the zinc ion concentration / nickel ion concentration is in the range of 15 to 40. The main aspect of the present invention is to improve the surface appearance characteristics of the zinc-based electroplated steel sheet and to provide a phosphate treatment solution: 25 to 30, free acidity: 3.4 to 4.0, and the acidity / free acidity: 5.5 to 12. do.
