Abstract
본 발명은 온수순환펌프의 펌프하우징에 있어서 펌프하우징의 내부면에 방청피막을 형성하는 것과 그 방청피막층을 코팅하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 주철로 주조된 펌프하우징(1)에 있어서, 거칠면(3)으로 된 내부면(2)에 타르에폭시층(4)과 실록실렌층(5)을 이중으로 코팅하여서 된 것인바, 본 발명에 따른 펌프하우징(1)은 내부면(2)의 거칠면(3)에 타르에폭시층(4)과 실록실렌층(5)이 이중으로 코팅되어 있으므로 고압, 고속의 유체가 순환하더라도 부식, 침식되거나 녹이 발생하는 현상이 근본적으로 제거되고, 특히 주철면과는 흡착력이 우수하고 유체의 타격에 대한 저항성 및 내마모성이 우수한 실록실렌을 코팅하여 주철의 내부면을 보호함으로서 펌프하우징의 수명을 연장시키고 성능의 향상을 기대할 수 있다.The present invention relates to the formation of a rustproof coating on the inner surface of a pump housing in a pump housing of a hot water circulation pump and to a method of coating the rustproof coating layer, wherein the pump housing (1) cast from cast iron has a rough surface (3).
