Abstract

본 발명은 운동화 외저로서 요구되는 제반 특성, 특히 내마모성을 크게 향상시킨 운동화 외저용 고무 조성물에 관한 것으로, 시스 1,4-폴리부타디엔 고무, 아크릴로니트릴 고무, 실리카, 실란 커플링제, 산화아연, 스테이르산, 산화방지제, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 가황촉진제 및 황으로 구성된 고무 조성물에 있어서, 고무 조성물 중 100중량부를 기준으로 시스 1,4-폴리부타디엔 고무 70내지 90중량부, 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 고무 10내지 30중량부, 실리카 35내지 55중량부 및 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 비스-(3-[트리에톡실일]-프로필)테트라술폰 1내지 3중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다 ;

Claims (2)

  1. 시스 1,4-폴리부타디엔 고무, 아크릴로니트릴 고무, 실리카, 실란 커플링제, 산화아연, 스테이르산, 산화방지제, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 가황촉진제 및 황으로 구성된 고무 조성물에 있어서, 고무 조성물 중 100중량부를 기준으로 시스 1,4-폴리부타디엔 고무 70내지 90중량부, 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 고무 10내지 30중량부, 실리카 35내지 55중량부 및 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 비스-(3-[트리에톡시실일]-프로필)테트라술폰 1내지 3중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 운동화 외저용 고무 조성물 :
    (C2H5O)3-Si-(CH2)3-S4-(CH2)3-Si-(C2H5O)3(Ⅰ)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 시스 1,4-폴리부타디엔 고무중 시스 1,4 결합률이 96%이고, 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 고무중 아크릴로니트릴 함량이 30내지 50%인 운동화 외저용 고무 조성물.
