Abstract
본 발명은 폴리아미드 수지를 제조함에 있어서, 카프로락탐과 난연제인 9, 10-디하이드로-9-옥소-10(디하이드록시아세틸아미노메틸)-10-포스페난트렌-10-옥사이드를 카프로락탐에 대해 1∼8중량% 첨가하여 중합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 수지의 제조방법을 제공하는 것으로, 본 발명의 실시시에는 유독 가스의 발생, 금형내부에 난연제의 석출 및 성형품 표면에의 석출물 발생현상이 없고 본 발명 방법에 의해 제조되는 폴리아미드 수지는 기계적 물성이 우수하고 소량의 난연제의 첨가로도 우수한 난연성을 나타내는 잇점을 갖는다.In preparing the polyamide resin, caprolactam and 9, 10-dihydro-9-oxo-10 (dihydroxyacetylaminomethyl) -10-phosphenanthrene-10-oxide, which are caprolactam and flame retardant, are added to caprolactam.
