Abstract
본 발명은 KS L 5220 건조 시멘트 몰타르에 규정된 뿜칠 미장용, 일반 미장용, 조적용, 바닥용 건조 시멘트 몰타르 등과 같은 시멘트계 건조 몰타르 제조방법에 관한 것으로, KS L 5220 건조 시멘트 몰타르에 규정된 뿜칠 미장용, 일반 미장용, 조적용, 바닥용 건조 시멘트 몰타르 등과 같은 시멘트계 건조 몰타르 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 CaSO4nH2O(n=0∼2.0) 분말을 시멘트 무게비로 8∼40%를 치환첨가, 또는 전체 건조 몰타르 조성물에 무게비로 1.5∼14%를 차지하도록 첨가하여 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 건조 몰타를 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 특히, 본 발명은 종래의 시멘트계 건조 몰타르의 건조 수축에 의한 균열을 최소한으로 억제하고 보강섬유의 사용시 보다 작업성을 향상시켜 펌프 압송성을 높이는 것을 목적으로 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for producing cement-based dry mortar, such as plastering, general plastering, masonry, flooring, dry cement mortar, etc. defined in KS L 5220 dry cement mortar.
