Abstract
본 발명은 자외선 차단용 무색유리 및 그 제품에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게는 상기 유리는 63∼75wt% SiO2, 12∼25wt% R2o(여기서 R2O는 Na2O, K2O 및 Li2O중 적어도 1종 또는 2종이상으로 구성된다), 7∼12wt% RO, 0.25∼5wt% CeO2, 0∼3wt% Al2O3, 0.01∼0.06wt% Fe2O3, 0∼1wt% Sb2O3, 0∼0.001wt% Co2O4및 0∼0.005wt% Se의 조성으로 이루어지므로써 기존의 무색유리에 비해 색조에 있어 약간의 차이는 있으나 자외선 차단에 있어서 훨씬 우수한 성질을 가지며 이와 동시에 투명성을 유지할 수 있는 장점이 있기 때문에 무색의 자외선 차단용기, 자동차 유리 등 자외선에 노출되어 문제가 발생될 수 있는 모든 분야의 유리에 적용될 수 있는 잇점이 있다.The present invention relates to a colorless glass for UV protection and its products, more specifically, the glass is 63 to 75wt% SiO 2 , 12 to 25wt% R 2 o (wherein R 2 O is Na 2 O, K 2 O and Or at least one of Li 2 O), 7-12 wt% RO, 0.25-5 wt% CeO 2 , 0-3 wt% Al 2 O 3 , 0.01-0.06 wt% Fe 2 O 3 , 0- It is composed of 1wt% Sb 2 O 3 , 0∼0.001wt% Co 2 O 4 and 0∼0.005wt% Se, so there is a little difference in color tone compared to conventional colorless glass, but it is much better in UV protection.
