Abstract

본 발명은 각종 건축물에 사용되는 내,외장용 석재를 임의의 모양으로 절단성형하되, 다각형이나 폐곡선을 이루는 외곽모양을 따라 일시에 절단성형할 수 있도록 하는데 특징이 있는 것으로서 이를 위한 특징적인 구성으로는 절단성형하고자 하는 석재의 외곽모양을 따라 임의의 다각형 또는 폐곡선으로 형성하되, 저면측으로 절단각을 가지는 상측 절단날과, 상기한 상측절단날과 동형으로 형성하되, 동일한 위치에서 상면측으로 절단각을 가지는 하측 절단날로 구성하여 하측절단날과 상측절단날사이에 석재를 위치시킨후, 이들을 가압 타격시키므로서 석재가 절단날의 모양대로 일시에 절단성형되도록 하는데 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 절단성형하고자 하는 석재의 외곡모앙을 따라 임의의 다각형 또는 페곡선을 형성하되, 저면측으로 절단각(31)을 가지는 상측 절단날(3)과; 상기한 상측절단날과 동형으로 형성하되, 동일한 위치에서 상면측으로 절단각(21)을 가지는 하측 절단날(2)과; 로 구성하여 하측전단날(2)과 상측절단날(3)사이에 석재(4)를 위치시킨 후, 이들을 가압 시키므로서 석재(4)가 절단날의 모양대로 일시에 절단성형되도록 하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 건축물 내,외장용 석재의 절단성형장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 절단각(21)(31)의 선단부는 약 1∼3mm정도의 폭을 갖은 평면부(22)(32)로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 건축물 내,외장용 석재의 절단성형장치.
