본 발명은 코드분할다중억세스(Code Division Multip1e Access; CDMA)시스템 방식 휴대용 전화기의 알람방법에 있어서, 특히 디지탈 방식으로 운용되는 시스템 이용시 기지국에서 단말기로 전송하는 데이타정보를 이용하여 사용자가 임의로 지정한 시간을 메모리에 입력시켜 입력된 시간에 벨이 울리게 하여 사용자가 알 수 있도록함을 특징으로 하는 코드분할다중억세스 시스템방식 휴대용 전화기의 알람방법에 관한것으로, 일반적으로 아날로그 방식으로 운용되는 시스템하에서는 시간에 대한 정보가 전혀 제공되지 않기 때문에 기존의 아날로그 휴대용 전화기로는 현재시각을 알 수 있는 방법이 없으므로 알람기능을 사용할 수 없는 문제점이 있어, 본 발명은 디지탈 방식으로 운용되는 시스템하에서는 현재시간에 대한 정보를 가지고 있는 데이타가 기지국에서 단말기로 일정시간마다 전송되어 자동적으로 현재시간을 알 수 있는 점을 이용하여, 사용자가 원하는 시간을 메모리에 미리 입력시켜 지정된 시간에 벨이 울려 사용자가 이를 인지할 수 있도록 해 추가비용의 부담없이 새로운 부가가치를 창출한다.The present invention relates to an alarm method of a code division multiple access (CDMA) system portable telephone.
