Abstract

본 발명은 웨이퍼를 삽입하고 제거하도록 개방된 상부와, 양 측벽(20)과, 후방부(30)와, 전방부(40) 및 세정액이 공급되는 열린 하부(50)를 가진 웨이퍼 캐리어(10)에 있어서, 양측면의 내부에 웨이퍼를 지지하기 위한 세로 방향의 장홈(22)이 복수개 설치된 안내 지지부(24)와, 양 측면의 아래 경사부에서 형성된 공간부(26)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 웨이퍼 캐리어에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 캐리어는 웨이퍼 세정시 섀도우 효과를 방지하여 세정 효과가 크게 향상된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 웨이퍼를 삽입하고 제거하도록 개방된 상부와, 양 측벽(20)과, 후방부(30), 전방부(40) 및 세정액이 공급되는 열린 하부(50)를 가진 웨이퍼 캐리어(10)에 있어서, 양측면의 내부에 웨이퍼를 지지하기 위한 세로 방향의 장홈(22)이 복수개 설치된 안내 지지부(24)와, 양 측면의 아래 경사부에서 형성된 공간부(26)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 웨이퍼 캐리어.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공간부(26)에 형성된 1 내지 복수개의 버팀대(28)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 웨이퍼 캐리어.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 웨이퍼의 직경이 5 내지 12인치임을 특징으로 하는 웨이퍼 캐리어.
