Abstract

본 발명은 데이타 방식에 기초한 배관 요소의 설계 방법에 관한 것으로, CAD시스템을 이용하여 시판중인 각 배관 요소에 대하여 각각의 재질, 형태, 크기, 종류별로 각 배관 요소에 대한 데이타를 메모리 장치에 입력하여 데이타베이스를 구축하는 단계, 설계자가 임의의 배관 요소에 대한 재질, 형태, 크기, 종류를 선택한 때, 이에 대한 데이타를 상기 데이타베이스로부터 출력하는 단계, 및 상기 데이타베이스로부터 출력된 데이타에 기초하여 상기 선택된 배관 요소를 상기 배관 요소의 중심선 및 각 단부 모양으로 모니터에 디스플레이하는 단계로 구성된다. 이와같이 파이프 및 부품을 설계함으로써 종래 기술에 비하여 배관 도면의 설계, 편집, 수정 등에 있어서 시간을 크게 단축시킬 수 있다. 또한 본 발명을 이용하여 설계된 도면에 기초하여 배관 시공을 행하는 경우 시공자는 도면에 도시된 부품을 쉽게 구입할 수 있으므로 작업 시간을 크게 단축할 수 있다.The present invention relates to a method of designing a piping element based on a data method, and inputs data for each piping element by material, shape, size, and type for each piping element on the market using a CAD system. CAD시스템을 이용하여 배관 요소를 설계하는 방법에 있엇어, 시판 중인 각 배관 요소에 대하여 각각의 재질, 형태, 크기, 종류별로 각 배관 요소에 대한 데이타를 메모리 장치에 입력하여 데이타베이스를 구축하는 단계, 설계자가 임의의 배관 요소에 대한 재질, 형태, 크기, 종류를 선택한 때, 이에 대한 데이타를 상기 데이타베이스로부터 출력하는 단계, 및 상기 데이타베이스로부터 출력된 데이타에 기초하여 상기 선택된 배관 요소를 상기 배관 요소의 중심선 및 각 단부 모양으로 모니터에 디스플레이하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데이타 방식에 기초한 배관 요소의 설계 방법.A method of designing piping elements using a CAD system, in which a database is constructed by inputting data for each piping element into a memory device by material, shape, size, and type of each piping element on the market.
