Abstract

고밀도 폴리에틸렌(HDPE)을 폴리에틸렌에 작당량 혼합하여 시트지끼리의 서로달라붙는 점착성을 없애고 두깨를 최소화하며, 장갑으로 제조하고 난후 공기의 유통이 원활하고 착용감이 우수하도록 하기 위한 비닐장갑용 비닐시트지를 제조하기 위한 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 중량 30∼50중량%와 폴리에틸렌 50∼70중량%를 압출기에 넣고 압출하고 두깨 0.015mm의 비닐시트지를 제조하여 비닐장갑의 용도에 맞는 시트지를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 중량 30∼50중량%와 폴리에틸렌 50∼70%를 압출기에 넣고 압출하여 두깨가 0.013∼0.015mm의 비닐시트지를 제조함을 특징으로 하는 비닐장갑용 비닐시트지 제조방법.
