이관능성 카르복실산인 테레프탈산 또는 디메틸테레프탈레이트와 1,4－부탄디올을 에스테르화 또는 에스테르 교환반응시켜 얻어진 생성물을 축중합하여 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트를 제조함에 있어서, 이관능성 카르복실산 대비 800∼1,100ppm의 티탄화합물을 에스테르화 또는 에스테르 교환반응 전에 첨가하고, 이관능성 카르복실산 대비 60ppm 미만의 인화합물을 축중합반응 종료전에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리부틸렌테르프탈레이트의 제조방법.In the polycondensation of a product obtained by esterifying or transesterifying terephthalic acid or dimethyl terephthalate, which is a bifunctional carboxylic acid, with 1,4-butanediol, to produce polybutylene terephthalate, 800 to 1,100 ppm of bifunctional carboxylic acid is produced.
