본 발명은 수경성 시멘트에 배합하여 사용하는 시멘트용 감수분산제중의 하나인 나프탈렌술폰산의 포름알데히드 축합물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 종래의 제조방법과 동일하게 나프탈렌을 슬폰화반응을 시킨 후에 나프탈렌술폰산을 포름알데히드로 축합시키는 반응 도중에 평균 분자량이 100이상인 포리에틸렌글리콜을 첨가하여 축합반응의 시간을 단축시킬 뿐만 아니라 나프탈렌술폰산의 포름알데히드 축합물의 평균 분자량이 적정한 수준이 되도록 축합반응을 조절하는 효과를 거두게 된다. 그 이후의 제조 방법은 종래의 방법과 동일하지만 반응속도가 빠르기 때문에 축합반응의 시간을 크게 단축할 수 있으며, 종래의 제조방법보다 저가(低價)인 저순도 나프탈렌을 사용하여도 감수분산제의 성능(초기 분산성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 시간이 경과하여도 양호한 분산서을 유지하는 성능)을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있는 시멘트용 감수분산제의 제조방법을 제공하는 것이다.The present invention relates to a method for producing a formaldehyde condensate of naphthalenesulfonic acid, which is one of the water-sensitive dispersants for cement used in combination with hydraulic cement.
