Claims (1)
- 가변저상(11)으 구비한 발진기(1)에 연결되어 초음파를 발생시키는 초음파 진동자(2)와, 용액의 온도제어를 위하여 초음파 진동자(2) 상부에 형성된 냉각수조(4)와 연결된 항온유지기(3)와, 냉각수조(4)의 상방에 밀폐상태로 형성된 테프론 막(5)과, 일측으로는 용액 주입구(6)가 설치되고 타측으로는 운송가스 주입구(7)가 설치되며 그 내부 하방으로 용액조(8)가 형성되고 상방으로는 에어로솔 전송구(9)가 형성된 용액용기(10)로 됨을 특징으로 하는 초음파 진동자를 이용한 광섬유 및 도파로 제조용 에어로솔 발생장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
