Abstract
본 발명은 슬러지형 고수분폐기물으 전조장치에 관한 것으로, 건조효울이 향상되고 운전동력 소비가 적은 표면 건조방시과 스클(8)의 이송 및 교반작용에 의한 유동상 건조방식이 병행된 복합형 건조기를 제공하기 위해, 모우터(14)에 의해 구동되는 다수의 스크류(8)가 트로프(2)상에 설치되어 있고 이 트로프(2)표면에 다스의 통기공(1)이 형성되어 있는 열풍상자(6)를 구비한 슬러지 건조장치에, 상기 열풍상자(6)를 소정간격으로 다수개 자충하되 각 열풍상자(6)의 좌·우 양단이 교대로 돌출되도록 배치하고 각 열풍상자(6)의 내부에는 열풍(3)이 통과할 수 있는 공간부(4)와 격막공(20)이 형성된 수직격판(5)이 구비되어 상·하부 열풍상자(6a)(6c)의 측단에 연결된 열풍 유도관(11)에 의해, 상부 열풍상자(6a)의 타측단에 부착된 열풍 유입관(12)에서 유입되는 열풍(3)이 하부 열풍상자(6c)까지 도달할 수 있도록 하며, 상기 스크류(8)는 블레이드(18) 사이에 핀(7)이 부착되어 있고 필폐용 케이싱(9)의 좌·우 측벽판(10)에 구비된 베어링(24)의 의해 스크류(8)가 회전될 수 있도록 스크류(8) 양단을 지지하여 슬러지(17)가 이송 및 교반되면서 열풍(3)을 공급시켜 주도록 된것으로써, 구조가 간단하고 부해·조립이 용이하며, 설치공간의 제한에 따른 용적의 변형이 쉽고 소형제작이 가능하며, 폐 슬러지(17) 내의 함수율을 20% 이하 까지 기대할 수 있는 유동상 스크류 복합성 건조기에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a sludge-type high-water waste precipitator, a combined dryer with improved drying efficiency and low operating power consumption and a fluidized bed drying method by transfer and agitation of the scle (8).
