Abstract
본 발명은 적외선 램프에서 발생되는 열을 이용하여 인체를 치료할 수 있도록 하는 원적외선 온열치료기의 제어회로에 관한 것으로서, 특히 적외선 램프로부터 발열되는 온도가 세팅된 온도에 도달할 경우 자동 소등시켜 적외선 램프를 일정한 온도 이상 발열되지 않게 하고, 사용자가 원하는 시간동안만 사용 가능하게 하여 정밀제어가 이루어지도록 하는 원적외선 온열치료기의 제어회로에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 전원공급시 원적외선을 발생하는 하나 이상의 원적외선램프를 갖는 원적외선 발생수단, 상기 원적외선 발생수단의 일측에 연결되어 원적외선 램프에 전원을 공급 및 차단하는 드라이브회로, 상기 드라이브회로의 일측에 연결되어 원적외선램프의 발열온도를 감지하는 온도감지수단, 상기 온도감지수단 및 드라이브회로 사이에 접속되어 설정되는 기준값과 온도감지수단의 출력값을 상호 비교하고, 이의 결과에 따라 드라이브회로를 제어하는 비교수단, 상기 비교수단에 구동전압과 기준전압을 공급하는 기준전압발생부, 상기 기준전압발생부에 병렬 접속되어 원적외선 발생수단의 발열온도를 조절하는 온도조절부, 상기 온도감지수단에서 센싱된 원적외선 램프의 온도를 디스플레이하는 표시수단, 상기 온도감지수단의 출력전압에 따라 상기 표시수단을 제어하는 표시제어부, 상기 표시제어부 및 온도조절부 사이에 연결되어 과전압으로부터 보호하는 보호회로, AC상용전압을 정류하여 각각의 장치에 구동전원을 공급하는 전원부, 상기 전원공급부의 일칙에 연결되어 치료시간을 설정하는 타이머를 구비하여 이루어진 것이다.The present invention relates to a control circuit of a far-infrared thermotherapy device that can treat a human body by using heat generated from an infrared lamp.
