Abstract

본 발명은 자기 베어링용 액츄에이터에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 자기력선의 자료를 제공하는 저널과, 상기 저널을 자기적으로 부상시키기 위한 복수의 전자석과, 상기 저널에 결합되어 저널로부터 발생한 동력을 지지물에 전달하기 위한 동력전달수단과, 상기 전자석 및 저널을 지지하는 지지수단을 구비하고 있다.
이와 같은 구성의 본 발명은 액츄에이터를 하나의 독립된 부품으로서 양산이 가능하고, 액츄에이터로부터 발생된 힘을 동력 전달수단에 의해 지지대상 물체에 전달하므로 액츄에이터의 형상을 지지대상 물체의 형상에 관계없이 표준화시킬 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 지지대상물체와 액츄에이터가 구조적으로 분리되어 있으므로 조립이 용이하고, 액츄에이터 만으로 단독 구성되므로 소형화할 수 있는 장점이 있다

Claims (4)

  1. 자기력선의 자로를 제공하는 저널과, 상기 저널을 자기적으로 부상시키기 위한 복수의 전자석과, 상기 저널에 결합되어 저널로부터 발생한 동력을 지지물에 전달하기 위한 동력전달수단과, 상기 전자석 및 저널을 지지하는 지지수단을 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 베어링용 액츄에이터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 전자석은 저널의 중심점을 지나는 직교축선상에 상호 대칭구조로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기베어링용 액츄에이터.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 저널은 구형으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 베어링용 액츄에이터.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 저널의 내부가 공동으로 되어 있고, 상기 복수의 전자석이 그 저널의 중심점을 지나는 직교축선상에 상호 대칭구조로 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 베어링용 액츄에이터.
