본 발명은 수평코일을 감는데 사용하는 수평코일 권형 특성 조정구에 관한 것이다. 종래의 수평코일은 핀쿠션 자계를 얻기 위하여 제 1 및 제 2 도에 도시된 바와 같은 수평코일 권형(1)을 제작하여 S, B동선으로 수평코일 권형에 감아서 새들모양으로 융착하여 핀쿠션 자계를 만들었다. 그러나 특성 조정을 위해서는 수평코일 권형(1)의 일부(2)를 용접하여 권형의 크기를 크게하고 또한 갈아내어 권형의 크기를 작게한 후 화면을 보면서 컨버젼스(CONVERGENCE) 조정을 하고 상태가 좋지 않으면 이같은 작업을 반복해야 한다. 용접을 할 경우 금형상 변형이 생겨 미스 컨버젼스를 극대화시키고 양산성은 떨어진다. 용접을 하더라도 다시 그 부분을 갈아내는 시간적 손실이 발생한다. 또한 수평코일 권형(1)을 용접하거나 갈아냄으로써 타 부분에 변형이 생겨 미스 컨버젼스(MISCONVERGENCE) 보정에 어려움이 많다.The present invention relates to a horizontal coil winding characteristic adjusting tool used for winding a horizontal coil.
