Abstract
본 발명은 공기 조화기를 보호하는 제어장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 일시적인 이상상태 발생시 압축기와 구동 인버터 회로의 상태를 판정하여 연속적인 운전이 가능하게 하는 공기 조화기 제어장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다. 이와 같은 본 발명의 공기 조화기 제어장치에서는 압축기, 상 전류 검출부 및 마이크로 컴퓨터의 출력신호에 의해 상기 압축기를 가변속 제어하는 인버터 제어부를 구비하는 공기 조화기 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 압축기의 운전 상태를 판정하기 위하여 실외기를 흐르는 전체전류를 검출하는 전 전류 검출부와 상기 전 전류 검출부의 검출값과 상 전류 검출부의 검출값을 비교하고 소정의 연산을 행하여 기준값을 설정하는 비교 연산부, 회로 내 각 소자의 보호시간을 계수하는 타이머 및 인버터 제어회로의 동작펄스를 출력하는 제어부로 이루어진 마이크로 컴퓨터를 포함하여 압축기의 운전 상태를 가변적으로 제어하는 것이다.The present invention relates to a control device and method for protecting an air conditioner, and more particularly, to an air conditioner control device and method for determining continuous state of a compressor and a drive inverter circuit when a temporary abnormal condition occurs to enable continuous operation. .
