Abstract

본 발명은 보일러계통에 채택되어 온수를 강제 순환시키도록하는 온수순환펌프에 있어서 임펠러를 펌프하우징에 축착하여서된 온수순환펌프에 관한 것으로서, 펌프하우징의 내부에 임펠러를 축착하여서 된 것에 있어서, 펌프하우징(21)의 내부천정에 연설부(22)를 하향돌설하여 나사부(23)를 형성하고 임펠러(30)의 중앙하단에는 공간부(34)를 형성하여 축볼트(37)로 축착하여서 된 것인바 임펠러를 펌프하우징의 내부천정에 축착하는 것이기 때문에 온수를 능동적으로 받아 들이면서 회전하게 되므로 온수와의 충동을 방지하여 회전력을 저하 시키는 것을 근본적으로 해소하고 소음도 현저히 줄어주어서 결국 온수순환펌프가 조용한 분위기에서 작동되면서도 그 성능도 향상시킬 수 있다.The present invention relates to a hot water circulating pump adopted by the boiler system to condense the hot water circulating pump for forced circulation of the hot water, wherein the impeller is condensed inside the pump housing.
