Abstract
본 발명은 극세섬유와 폴리우레탄수지로 구성된 인공피혁을 제조함에 있어서, 폴리우레탄수지 함침 전, 후에 걸쳐 복합섬유의 이용성 성분을 용출하여 섬유를 극세화하므로써 구조가 치밀하고 유연하며 굴곡특성이 우수한 피혁상 시트물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)
- 극세섬유와 폴리우레탄 수지로 구성된 인공피혁을 제조함에 있어서, 폴리우레탄수지 함침 전, 후에 걸쳐 복합섬유의 이용성 성분을 용출하여 섬유를 극세화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공피혁의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄수지 함침전 복합섬유의 이용성 성분 30∼80%를 용출하여 제거함을 특징으로 하는 인공피혁의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
