Abstract

본 발명은 아라미드섬유를 이용하여 방탄복용 포지를 제조함에 있어서, 직물이 탄환 또는 파편에 의해 충격을 받을 때, 직물을 구성하고 있는 겅, 위사의 변형거동을 고려하여, 경, 위방향에서 방향성이 없이 균일하게 충격을 완화시켜 줄 수 있도록 경, 위사를 각각 그 충격특성에 맞는 물성을 가지는 원사로 구성하므로써, 방탄성능이 향상된 방탄복용 포지를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 아라미드 섬유를 이용하여 방탄복용 포지를 제조함에 있어서, 인장강도가 23g/d 이상, 단사섬도가 1.5데니어 이하, 인장탄성률이 950g/d 이상, 절단신도가 3~5%인 파라계 아라미드 섬유를 경사로 사용하고, 인장강도가 23g/d 이상, 단사섬도가 1.5데니어 이하, 인장탄성률이 510~600g/d, 절단신도가 6% 이상인 파라계 아라미드 섬유를 위사로 사용하여, 각각 연사한 후 커버팩터(cover factor)가 0.75~0.95가 되도록 제직하고 정련 및 발수처리함을 특징으로 하는 방탄복용 포지의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 발수처리는 발수제 1~10% 수용액에 침지한뒤 건조 및 열처리함을 특징으로 하는 방탄복용 포지의 제조방법.
