Abstract
본 발명은 폴리비닐 알코올함유 폐수처리를 위한 새로운 공생 미생물 균주 및 그를 이용한 폴리비닐 알코올 함유 폐수의 처리방법에 관한 것으로서, 염색공업 등에 사용되는 고분자 합성화합물인 폴리비닐 알코올은 생물학적 분해가 쉽지 않으며, 폴리비닐 알코올의 분해 미생물을 염색폐수 처리 등에 이용하는데는 여름철에 약 40℃에 달하는 폐수의 수온, 조염제로 사용되는 폴리비닐 알코올의 생물학적 난분해성 및 폴리비닐 알코올의 중합도에 따른 분해율의 차이 등으로 폐수처리 효율이 크게 떨어지는 문제점이 있는 바, 이를 해결하기 위한 것으로서, 폴리비닐 알코올의 농도가 0.75%에서 거의 완벽하게 또한 1%에서도 80% 이상을 이용할 수 있고 또한 중합도 500~30,000의 폴리비닐 알코올의 95% 이상 분해할 수 있는 새로운 공생 균주인 파스테우렐라 해몰이티카와 슈도모나스 속을 개발하고 이를 폐수처리자에 공급하여 상온이상 40℃이고 PVA를 다량 함유하는 염색폐수를 처리하도록 한 거시다.The present invention relates to a new symbiotic microbial strain for polyvinyl alcohol-containing wastewater treatment and a method for treating polyvinyl alcohol-containing wastewater using the same.
