본 발명은 폐수의 증발 농축처리장치에 있어서 증발증기가 열교환기를 통과하는 폐수에 충격을 주면서 분사 폐수를 가열 하향되게 하고 하측부에서 증발된 폐수가 농축되게 한 뒤 농축폐수를 고형화하여 처리하는 일련의 공정을 단일체에서 시행하는 스케일 방지와 열이용 효율을 극대화 하면서 최소규모의 장치를 제공코저 한 것으로 증발식 폐수농축 처리장치(1)의 하측에 가열장치(15)가 설치되고 그 상측에 교반기(10)가 구성된 건조기(4)의 상측을 농축폐액실(7)과 직통되도록 구성된 것으로서 하나의 장치에서 열교환기(6)에 스케일의 형성없이 스러치를 얻을 수 있게 되고 상측의 증발증기가 폐수를 가열하게 되고 하측의 증발증기는 증발농축기(1′)의 측면(또는 전외부)을 따라 외부로 배출되므로 폐수의 급속한 고온화로 증발효과를 극대화하고 열교환기(6)가 외부로 접하는 면(본 발명의 경우 중기통로)에서의 열손실이 없게되고 만일 증발몽축기 외부를 전부 중기통로로 할 경우 열효율은 더욱 향상되어 효율높은 폐수처리장치를 제공하게 되며 한편, 중기이동실(3) 상측에는 통상의 방법에 의한 데미스더(19)가 설치되어 중기중 포함된 미스트는 제거되고 블로워(11)에 의해 외부로 배출되게 한다.In the present invention, in the evaporation concentration treatment apparatus for wastewater, a series of treatments are performed by solidifying the concentrated wastewater after concentrating the sprayed wastewater by heating down and evaporating the wastewater evaporated from the lower side while impacting the wastewater passing through the heat exchanger.
