Abstract
본 발명은 텔레비전방송방식 자동절환제어방법에 관한 것으로, 방송신호의 수직동기주파수를 기초로 PAL-N방식 NTSC방식/PAL-M방식 3-시스템 방송방식을 자동으로 절환하는 텔레비전방송방식의 자동절환방법에서, 상기 방송신호의 수직동기주파수가 60Hz인 경우의 기준방송방식으로서 PAL-M방식을 설정하는 단계와, 상기 방송신호의 수직동기주파수를 판별하여 PAL-N방식 NTSC방식/PAL-M방식을 결정하는 단계 상기 방송신호의 수직동기주파수가 NTSC방식/PAL-M방식에 해당하는 경우 상기 기준방송방식을 독취하고 그 독취된 기준방송방식을 적용하여 컬러킬러신호의 유뮤에 따라 NTSC방식 또는PAL-M방식인지를 판별하는 단계, 그 판별된 방송방식을 상기 기준방송방식으로 재설정하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되어, 방송신호의 수직동기주파수가 50Hz인 경우에는 PAL-N방식으로 판단하고 그 수직 동기주파수가 60Hz인 경우의 미리기준방송방식으로 설정된 PAL-M방식으로 처리하여 컬러킬러신호가 발생되지 않으면 그 기준방송방식을 유지시키면서 PAL-M방식으로 방송신호를 하는 반면, 컬러킬러신호가 발생되면 상기 기준방송방식을 NTSC방식으로 변경하여 수신되는 방송방식을 NTSC방식으로 처리하며, 그 수신되는 방송신호의 방식의 유지시에는 상기 변경된 기준방송방식을 참조하면서 방송방식을 판단하게 되므로, 종래 기술에서 초래되는 비디오신호의 뮤팅과 같은 상황이 방지될뿐만 아니라 방송방식의 판단이 단 시간에 가능하게 한 것이다.The present invention relates to an automatic switching control method of a television broadcasting system, and to automatically switch between a PAL-N system NTSC system and a PAL-M system 3-system broadcasting system based on a vertical synchronization frequency of a broadcast signal.
