본 발명은 TV,VTR등의 영상기기에 있어서, 스텐바이 모드시 소비되는 전력을 극소화 시킬 수 있도록 한 스텐바이 모드시 소비전력 감소회로 관한 것으로, 밧데리등의 저전력 외부전원에 의해 구동되는 서브마이콤을 구성하여 스탠바이 모드에서 작동되는 종래 스위칭 모드 파워 셔플라이(SMPS)의 동작을 제어함으로써 스텐바이 모드시 소비전력을 극소화 한 것이다BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
