Abstract
본 발명은 무선전화기 휴대장치의 밧데리가 방전되어 거의 교신할 수 없는 상태가 되면 수신부로 공급하던 밧데리의 전원을 차단하고 CPU에만 전원을 공급할 수 있도록 한 무선전화기 휴대장치의 과방전 방지회로에 관한 것으로 밧데리와 CPU의 과방전 검출단자 사이에 접속되어 정상 전압이 안가될 때에는 출력을 발생시키지 않고 정상에 못미치는 전압이 인가될 때에는 출력이 접지측으로 접속되게 하는 리셋 IC와 상기 리셋 IC의 입출력 단자에 접속되어 소정전압 이상일 때는 ‘하이’를 공급하고 이하일 때는 역할을 하지 않는 풀-업 저항을 포함하여서 이루어진다.The present invention relates to an over-discharge prevention circuit of a mobile telephone portable device which can cut off the power of the battery supplied to the receiver and supply power only to the CPU when the battery of the mobile telephone portable device is discharged and becomes almost unreachable.
