본 고안은 재봉틀의 노루발에 포지 누름장치를 보강하여서 된 것이다. 재봉틀의 포지 이송장치는 포지를 눌러주는 노루발과 노루발의 하부에 장치된 포지이송 톱니판으로 구성되어서 노루발이 포지를 누르고 포지 밑에서는 이송 톱니판이 왕복운동을 하면서 포지를 일정한 간격만큼 이송토록 되었는바 여러겹의 포지를 중첩하여서 재봉할 결우에는 노루발 하부에 위치한 상단 포지가 하부포지와 동일하게 이송되지 않고 밀려서 하부포지와의 봉착면에 주름이 생기는 등 균일하지 못한 경우가 허다하였다. 그 이유는 노루발과 상단포지와의 사이에 미끄러짐 현상이 발생되기 때문이며 이를 극복코져 노루발의 가압봉에 강한 탄성의 스프링 장치를 하여서 노루발의 가압력을 증가시킨 고안이 안출된바 있었으나 이 경우에는 노루발의 유연성이 부족하고 과다한 충격에 의해 노루발이 순간적으로 반동되어 퉁겨지는 폐단이 있었다.The present invention is made by reinforcing the forge pressing device on the presser foot of the sewing machine.
