본 고안은 튜너 샤시에 에프(F)-콘넥터를 손쉽고 견고하게 납땜 고정토록 하기 위한 F-콘넥터의 조립 구조에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게 설명하면, 튜녀 샤시의 콘넥터 삽입홀내에 삽입되는 콘넥터 안내구의 상하측 주연에 F-콘넥터 삽입홀 내에 삽입되는 콘넥터 안내구의 상하측 주연에 F-콘넥터 위치 고정돌기가 마련되고, 상기 콘넥터 안내구의 좌우 양측에는 콘넥터의 평면부와 결합고정되는 콘넥터 회전방지용 돌기를 설치하여 콘넥터 고정홀 내에 F-콘넥터를 견고하게 결합 고정토록 함으로써, 튜너 샤시의 콘넥터 삽입홀내에 콘넥터 안내구를 개재하여 결합되는 F-콘넥터르 튜너 샤시의 정확한 위치에 유동이 전혀 없이 견고한 상태로 결합 고정토록 함은 물론, 주석(Sn)과 납(Pb)의 도금으로 된 튜너샤시와 동일한 재질인 콘넥터 안내구를 상호 납땜 고정토록 함으로 인하여, 단시간 내에 견고하게 F-콘넥터 안내구를 상호 납땜 고정토록 함으로 인하여, 단시간 내에 견고하게 F-콘넥터를 조립시킬수 있도록 한 튜너샤시의 F-콘넥터 조립 구조에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to the assembly structure of the F-connector for easy and robust soldering and fixing of the F-connector to the tuner chassis.
