Abstract

A successive mass production of seamless capsules, each having a fill material within a continuous unhardened gelatin shell, is accomplished by continuously forming jet stream of viscous gelatin material within a fluidizing bed of cooling medium oil non-dissolvable with gelatin material. The appts. includes a lot of dual nozzles(21, 31) of 2-25mm outer diam., which are equi-spacedly disposed on the top portion of doughnut-shaped flow passageway(13) forming an oil fluidizing bed. The dual nozzle is coaxially formed by a small diam. nozzle surrounded a large diam. nozzle. The small and large diam. nozzles are connected to a fill material tank(20) and a capsule shell material tank(30) resp. The capsules continuously produced from the dual nozzle flows with the cooling medium oil into separation tank(41) via a cooling pipe(43), and are separated and collected by a separation net(45) and a reservoir tank(46).
