본 발명은 주방용 세제조성물에 관한 것이다. 더욱 자세히 설명하면 카르복시 메틸 키틴과 백엽 추출물을 동시에 함유하여 피부 자극성이 감소된 주방용 세제조성물에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a detergent composition for kitchen. 주방용 세제는 보통 계면활성제라 하는 유효성분과 피부 보호제등의 첨가제가 혼합된 수용액이다. 주방용 세제에서 유효성분이란 세정효과에 기여할 수 있는 계면활성 물질을 의미하며, 음이온, 비이온, 양성이온 계면활성제와 이들 계면활성제의 혼합물을 의미한다. 주방용 세제에서 첨가제란 유효성분의 피부 자극을 줄여주는 피부 보호성분과 가용화제, 향 등으로 구성된다. 피부 보호성분은 보습, 보유작용을 세제의 유효성분에 의한 피부의 탈수, 탈유를 억제하거나 피부에 영향을 공급하는 물질 등을 통괄하여 의미한다. 이 세제는 보통 투명한 액상으로서 식기 및 조리기구와 같은 경질 표면에 묻은 음식들 찌꺼기를 제거하기 위해 사용되는데, 20 내지 45℃의 온도에서 표준 사용량으로 희석하여 사용한다. 이때 맨손으로 세정을 하면 식기의 오염 뿐만 아니라 피부의 수분과 유분도 동시에 제거되어 자극이 생기며 피부도 거칠어진다. 피부 자극을 감소시키는 기능은 주방용 세제의 기름때 및 오염제거 기능에 상반되는 것으로 그 의미 및 중요성은 세정력에 버금가는 중요한 것이다.Dishwashing detergent is an aqueous solution in which an active ingredient, usually a surfactant, and an additive such as a skin protectant are mixed.
