Abstract
본 발명은 기판층, 복합기능총 및 반사층이 차례로 적층되어 데이타를 저장, 재생 및 소거시키는 소거가능형 유리광기록 매체에 관한 것으로, 특히 상기 복합기능층은 접착용 고분자수지, 균일하게 분산된 중공형의 마이크로캡슐, 및 기록용 레이저를 흡수할 수 있는 색소로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하여, 마이크로캡슐 내부에 존재하는 공간(보이드 볼륨)을 이용하여 레이저 조사에 따른 공중합체의 체적팽창과 수축이 가능하게 되므로 형상기억능력을 지닌 기록층 및 소거층이 되며, 또한 마이크로캡슐 내의 보이드볼륨의 크기를 균일하게 제어할 수 있고, 마이크로캡슐자체의 크기도 제어가능하며, 이는 기록시에 마이크로캡슐내에 형성된 보이드 볼륨 방향으로 수지가 팽창 하게 되므로 표면의 형태변화가 유발되지 않아 기록정보의 신뢰성 및 안정성을 향상할 수 있다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
