Abstract

본 발명은 로터리 압축기의 어큐뮬레이터 소음저감장치에 관한 것으로, 어큐뮬레이터의 소음은 냉매가스가 실린더 내의 흡입구로 유입되면서 발생되는 소음이 어큐뮬레이터에 전달되면서 공명을 일츠키는 것과, 압축기의 진동이 어큐뮬레이터에 전달되어 방사되는 소음으로 크게 구분할 수 있는 바, 종래의 어큐뮬레이터는 내부 공명 주파수가 주소음원이 되어 왔고, 이러한 소음을 줄이기 위해 실린더 몸체의 길이(1)와 반경(R)을 적절히 설계하여 내부 공명주파수가 소음방사효율이 저하되도록 하였으나, 별다른 소음 저감효과를 거두지 못하는 실정이었는 바, 어큐뮬레이터 몸체(11)의 내측 상부 일정부위에 격막(18)을 설치하여 상부캡(12)과 일정한 공명기(19)로서의 역활을 담당하도록 하여 로터리 압축기에로의 액냉매유입방지장치인 어큐뮬레이터의 냉부공명소음을 현저하게 저감시키도록 한 것이다.The present invention relates to an accumulator noise reduction device of a rotary compressor, wherein the noise of the accumulator is transmitted to the accumulator while the noise generated by the refrigerant gas flows into the inlet of the cylinder, thereby resonating resonance, and the vibration of the compressor is transmitted to the accumulator.
