종래에 집진기내의 상하부에 살수기를 설치하여 소각로에서 집진기내로 유입되었다가 연통으로 배기되는 배기가스에 살수기의 분사물을 분사혼합시키는 사단으로 분진 및 냄새를 제거하도록 한것이 있고 또 온수관 상부와 연도사이에 증기관연결 설치한것이 국내실용신안공보 공고번호 82-1094호에 공지된바 있으나, 전자는 많은 물의 소비성으로 불합리하고 또 살수기의 분사물이 배기가스중에 고루 혼합되어지지 않고 바로 물이 류하되므로 물의 소모에 비하여 분진 및 냄새제거의 효율이 낮은 결함이 있었으며 후자는 증기관이 연도상부에 연결되어 있는 구조이므로 분진 및 냄새와의 고른 혼합이 이루어지지 못해 분진과 냄새제거효율이 떨어지는 결함이 있었다.Conventionally, a sprayer is installed on the upper and lower sides of the dust collector to remove dust and odor by spraying and mixing sprayers of the sprayer on the exhaust gas which flows into the dust collector from the incinerator and is exhausted in communication.
