Abstract

본 발명은 용융아연 도금강판 표면층에 생기는 스팡글을 미세화 또는 제거함과 동시에 표면외관이 미려한 미니스팡글 용융아연 도금강판을 제조할 수 있는 분사용액에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 용융아연 도금강판 제조시 용융아연 도금강판 표면상에 존재하는 스핑글을 미세화하는 분사용액에 있어서, 0.5-5wt%의 수용성 무기염용액에 수용성고분자가 1종 또는 2종 이상이 첨가되어 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 미니스팡글 용융아연 도금강판 제조용 분사용액에 관한 것을 그 요지로 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 용융아연 도금강판 제조시 용융아연 도금강판 표면상에 존재하는 스팡글을 미세화하는 분사용액에 있어서, 0.5-5wt%의 수용성 무기염용액에 수용성 고분자가 1종 또는 2종이상이 첨가되어 조성됨을 특징으로 한는 미니스팡글 용융아연 도금강판 제조용 분사용액.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 무기염이 인산암모늄, 및 인산나트륨의 단독 또는 복합인 것을 특징으로 하는 분사용액.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 고분자가 비이온계, 양이온계, 음이온계 및 양쪽성 이온계로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종이상임을 특징으로 하는 분사용액.
  4. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 고분자가 0.001-10wt%로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 분사용액.
