Description

Rubber composition for tires using silane-coupled inorganic filler

The present invention relates to a rubber composition for tires having improved rubber properties by using a lengthless filler modified with allylchloromethyldi methylsilane.

Inorganic fillers are used more frequently and in larger amounts than any other chemicals used to improve rubber properties, resulting in a reduction in tire performance and tire performance of tires produced using rubbers mixed with these inorganic fillers.

In general, the tires are required to have better physical properties or properties due to the harshness of the tires when driving under normal road conditions.Inorganic fillers that are put to satisfy these properties are commonly used together with other drugs, such as active agents and vulcanization accelerators. It is administered to the rubber as it is, in addition to these, plasticizers such as oil (oil) and the like are also incorporated into the rubber at the same time.

As a result, undesirable reactions or bonds occur between the inorganic filler and these various additives and are not evenly dispersed, thereby reducing the inherent reinforcing effect of the reinforcing filler as well as other physical properties.

In the present invention, the inorganic filler is treated with allylchloromethyldimethylsilane and the treated inorganic filler is mixed with rubber to improve rubber properties and properties, and in particular, to improve compatibility between rubber and filler. Adhesion with other parts of the body significantly improves the heat and abrasion resistance of the tread and sidewall rubbers, resulting in an increase in the durability and life of the tire.

Hereinafter, the embodiment will be described in detail as follows.

실시예Example

It is pulverized into fine powder with water (5-10%) contained in commonly used inorganic fillers such as hard coal, calcium carbonate, silicon oxide, silicon oxide, titanium oxide, etc. . The inorganic filler thus prepared is passed through a reprocessing process to increase the purity as much as possible, and then left for several hours under working temperature and shipbuilding to measure the purity.

Meanwhile, the silane cuffing reagent allylchloromethyldimethylmethylsilane used in the reforming treatment of the present invention is diluted with a solvent, and the purified and dried inorganic filler is administered to a desired ratio in a predetermined amount, followed by stirring with a stirrer and filtering. . If the amount of filler administered is too high, not only will the stirring effect be reduced, but also the apparatus will be overwhelming.

The inorganic filler is preferably administered in a small amount as much as possible in the solvent. However, in consideration of the treatment effect, it is generally preferred that the ratio of the inorganic filler and the solvent be about 50-65% in volume ratio. In addition, the filtration solvent can be reused for applications requiring lower purity by using appropriate reprocessing equipment or by using multiple filtration equipment.

The filtered inorganic filler is completely evaporated and then pulverized to remove the lump form. By doing so, the existing inorganic filler is treated by the method mentioned in the present invention. This treatment is carried out in the form of the allylchloromethyldimethylsilane chemical in which the silicon component in the allylchloromethyldimethylsilane chemical is bonded to the silicon (Si) component of the inorganic filler with oxygen therebetween.

The inorganic filler treated as described above is treated once again using natural rubber. The natural rubber is dissolved in a suitable solvent and stirred by adding a powdered inorganic filler silane-coupled to the dissolved natural rubber solution.

In the dissolved natural rubber solution, the reaction proceeds for a certain period of time. After the reaction is completed, it is filtered again and left to mature for one day. The inorganic filler thus aged is mechanically pulverized into powder to be used for compounding. The coupling agent reacts with the filler, which in turn reacts with natural rubber. The chemical reaction formula at this time is as follows.

By incorporating the silane-coupled inorganic filler thus obtained into the rubber, in particular, the composition for producing tires, the adhesion between the rubbers is increased and the dispersibility in the rubber compound is excellent, resulting in improved heat generation and wear resistance of the tread and sidewill rubbers. Not only can the tires increase the durability and prolong the service life, but also the reinforcement of the filler itself can be increased, and the selection of the filler can be varied.
