Abstract
종래에는 폴리에틸렌(POLYETHYLENE) 연속 기포의 가교발포체를 BATCH TYPE인 가압프레스로 가열 가교한 후 2차 MOLD에서 가열발포하여 압착롤라로 압착 CELL를 오픈시키는 공법으로 제조하였으나 이는 작업시간과 일의 능률이 떨어지는 결점이 있었다. 이러한 결점을 보완하고 연속으로 제조 가능케한 획기적인 방법으로 그 제조 공정은 수지, 발포체, 가교체, 기타첨가물을 KNEADER에서 혼합후 압출기로 압출성형, 가열발포로에 가교 발포후 압착 롤로 압착하여 CELL을 오픈시켜 연속으로 제조 가능케 하였다.Conventionally, the cross-linked foam of polyethylene continuous foam is heat-crosslinked by press-type press which is a batch type, and then it is manufactured by the method of heat-expanding in the second MOLD to open the press cell with the press roller, but this decreases working time and work efficiency.
