본 발명은 세라믹 적층보드에 관한 것으로서, 좀 더 상세히는 슬래그 보드와 합성수지시트의 적층재에 바이오 세라믹 재료를 피복시킨 새로운 구조의 내장용 또는 가구제작용 보드에 관한 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. 현대 내장용이나, 가구제작용 보드로서, 원목이나 소위 MDF와 같은 파티클보드 또는 섬유판등, 천연 또는 가공목재가 많이 사용되고 있다. 그런데 원목의 경우에는 가격이 비싸서 제품의 원가상승이 불가피하고 주로 외국에서 수입하므로 외화유출의 한 요인이 되고 있다. 또한 목재가공의 부산물인 톱밥이나 목재편 등을 압축 성형하여 제작하는 파티클보드나 섬유판등도 원목 보다는 상대적으로 저렴하지만 역시 수입 원목의 가공 부산물을 그 재료로 한다는 점에서 동일한 문제점이 있다. 따라서 동등 이하의 가격이라면 이들 재료를 국내에서 생산되는 재료로 대체할 것이 요망되었다.As a modern interior or furniture board, natural or processed wood such as particle board or fiber board such as MDF is used a lot. 본 발명은 전술한 바와같은 문제점에 착안하여 제안된 것으로서, 내장용 또는 가구 제작용 보드로서 수입원자재인 원목 또는 섬유판 등을 대체할 수 있고, 가격 및 가공성의 측면에서 유리할 뿐 아니라 내장재나 가구재로서 냄새가 나거나 곰팡이 또는 세균이 서식하지 않아서 위생적이므로 사용성이나 기능적인 면에서 우수한 효과를 지닌 새로운 구조의 내장용 또는 가구용 보드 또는 패널을 제공하고자 하는 것이다. 본 발명은 국내에서 입수가능한 슬래그를 보드의 주재료로 하고 이에 합성수지시트를 적층하고 아울러 바이오 세라믹 재료를 피복함으로써 슬래그보드의 가공성을 보완하고 아울러 바이오세라믹 재료의 기능성을 부가한 점에 그 특징이 있다.The present invention has been proposed in view of the above-described problems, and can replace wood or fiberboard, which is an imported raw material, as a board for interior or furniture making, and is advantageous in terms of price and processability as well as smell as interior material or furniture. 제1도에는 본 발명에 따른 세라믹 피복 적층보드의 사시도이고, 제2도는 그 보드의 조립상태의 단면도이다. 도시된 바와같이 본 발명은 내부에 슬래그를 압축성형한 슬래그보드(10)가 배치되고 일측면에는 합성수지시트(12), 바람직하게는 ABS수지시트를 적절한 접착제로 부착하여 적층한다. 이 합성수지시트(12)는 마감재로 기능함과 더불어 슬래그보드의 깨지기 쉬운 성질을 보완하는 역할을 한다. 슬래그보드(10)의 타측면에는 세라믹 피복층(14)이 형성되는데 바람직하게는 원적외선 방출기능을 구비한 소위 바이오 세라믹 분말을 물이나 기타 적절한 용제 및 도료등과 혼합하여 칠이나 스프레이 등의 방법으로 슬래그보드에 피복 도포한다. 바람직하게는 슬래그 보드의 두께는 약 5㎜, ABS수지시트의 두께는 약 3㎜, 세라믹 피복층의 두께는 1㎜ 이내로 한다. 이와같이 제작한 세라믹 피복 적층보드를 소정의 크기로 절단한 후, 금속이나 합성수지 또는 목재 등의 적절한 재료로 만든 테두리 띠부재(16)를 부착하거나 끼워서 보드 단면의 노출된 테두리 부분을 마감처리한다. 한편, 본 발명의 세라믹 피복 적층보드를 조립하여 가구 등을 제작하는 경우에는, 제2도에 도시된 바와같은 소정각도를 이루는 끼움춤(19)을 구비한 연결부재(18)에 의해 간단히 가압끼움하고 나사박음 등을 부가하여 간단히 조립할 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.1 is a perspective view of a ceramic clad laminated board according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the assembled state of the board.
