Abstract
본 발명은 천연질석(Vermiculite)을 이용한 흡습제의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 천연질석을 300℃이상으로 급열팽창시켜 얻은 팽창질석 입제에 질석중량의 5-40%의 중량비율로 염화캄슘을 첨가하여 골고루 혼합하여 제조하여, 제조공정을 단순화 하면서도 팽창질석의 우수한 보습력을 이용하여 많은 수분을 흡수 하더라도 흡습된 수분이 누출되지 않토록 한 것이 특징이다.

Claims (2)
- 천연질석을 300℃이상으로 급열팽창시켜 얻은 팽창질석 입제에 질석중량의 5-40%의 중량비율로 염화칼슘을 첨가하여 골고루 혼합하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연질석을 이용한 흡습제의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서; 상기 혼합과정에서 중량체로서 소성가공된 분상 또는 입상의 제올라이트를 질석중량의 20-50%의 중량비로 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연질석을 이용한 흡습제의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
