본 고안은 상처 및 수술부위의 세척시 워터펌프로 수압을 가해서 분사노즐을 통하여 분사하므로서 이물질 제거 및 수술도중 처치를 할 수 있게 한 의료용 상처 세척기에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 상처 및 수술부위의 세척시 주사기나 스포이드를 사용해야 했으므로 환자의 상태 및 세척부위의 정도에 따라 사용상 불편한 점이 많았고 처치시간의 지연 및 불확실한 세척시 후유증의 발생등 많은 문제점이 있는데도 불구하고 아직까지 이의 개발이 안된것은 상처 및 수술부위에 직접 접촉되어지는 의료기구는 소독을 필히 해야만 사용할 수 있다는데 그 원인이 있다고 보고 소독기구를 최소화 함으로서 이를 해결할 수 있도록 고안한 것이다.
이를 첨부도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
소독기구를 최소화할 수 있도록 전동기(13)와 워터펌프(3)의 동력 연결축 사이에 동력연결클러치(12)를 설치하여 생리식염수통(1)과 워터펌프(3), 분사노즐(7)을 분리하여 소독을 할수 있게 하고, 분사노즐(7)을 환자의 상태에 따라 사용할 수 있도록 분류한 것이다.
이상과 같이 구성된 본 고안을, 상처 및 수술부위를 세척하고자 할 때에는 소독이 되어진 생리식염수통(1)과 급수튜브(2), 워터펌프(3), 배출튜브(4) 분사노즐 연결손잡이(5)를 연결하여 전동기 박스 및 지지대(11)에 설치하고 전동기(13)의 동력을 동력연결 클러치(12)로 연결을 한단음 워터펌프 고정틀(8)로 워터펌프(3)를 고정시킨 후 생리식염수를 생리식염수통(1)에 채운다.
환자의 상태에 따라 알맞은 분사노즐(7)을 선택하여 분사노즐 연결손잡이(5)에 연결하고 전원 스위치(9)를 누르면 전동기(13)의 동력으로 워터펌프(3)가 회전하여 수압이 높아지면 환자의 상태에 따라 알맞은 분사압이 되게 분사압 조절밸브(6)로 조절하여 상처나 수술부위를 보다 빠른 시간에 효과적으로 세척할 수 있게 하였다.
사용한 기구는 역순으로 분리하여 재소독을 한다음 사용할 수 있도록 하였다.
상처 및 수술부위가 환자마다 여러가지 형태가 있으므로 효과적인 세척을 할 수 있도록 상처부위가 대형일때는 대공분사노즐(14)을 중형은 중공분사노즐(15), 소형은 소공분사노즐(16)을 사용하고 수술부위 및 미세한 부위에서는 주사기용 니들을 연결하여 사용할 수 있도록 니들연결 분사노즐(17)을 찰과상이나 넓은 부위에서는 편형 분사노즐(18)을 사용하여 세척을 할 수 있도록 분류하였다.

  1. 소독기구를 최소화할 수 있도록 전동기(13)와 워터펌프(3)의 동력연결축 사이에 동력연결클러치(12)를 설치하여 생리식염수통(1)과 워터펌프(3) 분사노즐(17)을 분리하여 소독을 할수 있게 하고 분사노즐(17)을 환자의 상태에 따라 사용할 수 있도록 분류한 의료용 상처 및 수술부위 세척기.
